The Staff Accountant position is primarily responsible for providing full lifecycle accounting, tracking, and reporting of the company’s fixed assets and capitalized equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies. This role supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, with a strong emphasis on asset capitalization, depreciation, disposals, inventory tracking, and reconciliation between subledgers and the general ledger.
The position works closely with the Accounting Manager/Controller, operations, logistics, and external auditors to maintain accurate financial records, support audits and tax filings, and continuously improve asset-related processes and controls. The role also provides general accounting support and serves as a knowledgeable resource for asset-related questions across the organization.
The Service Delivery Manager position is responsible for delivering our IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with the support of a cross-functional team. This role involves helping designDATA safeguard our revenue, retain our clients, grow our accounts, and spearhead projects to modernize client infrastructure.
Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting applications, systems access, resolving hardware, software and network related issues. Utilize pre-defined call and ticket management procedures to identify, resolve, or escalate issues to the End User Support Technician Tier 3 and the Technical Account Manager. Document and monitor service requests to ensure the issue resolution meets or exceeds the service level standard. Provide guidance on basic technical topics to Tier 1 technicians. Provide onsite technical support to the client when requested by the Client Technology Manager.
