At a high level, the IT assessment documents your entire system and provides a network topology to work from. Our engineers identify any remedial issues with your network – and then supply corresponding corrective actions, along with a chronology to implement the fixes, high impact and critical actions first. We listen to you and your business objectives and take that into account. The core of the document lies within its strategic nature. What technological improvements would best accomplish your business goals, and how do we best implement considering the existing technology investments?

As indicated previously, we provide this assessment at the onset of a new Managed IT Support agreement gratis. There’s good reason for us to do so. Performing this assessment at the onset of a new relationship dramatically shortens the learning curve for our engineering team. Instead of learning about your system while in a support role, we do so at the onset and put ourselves the best support position, day one.

What will you be able to do with the systems review?

The review allows administrators to make educated decisions on the future of their technology by documenting the setup of current systems, identifying problems in the current setup, and creating recommendations specific to your environment. The deliverable is a complete yet concise technology plan that is written for multiple audiences.

The CEO or Executive Director will obtain in-depth knowledge on his or her systems needed to make decisions on technology directives, and do so with accurate, current information. In a narrative format, the review will explain how to accomplish your technology goals taking into account your current system, budget, and resources.

The CFO or Finance Director will have the information to prepare an accurate budget forecasted over a longer period of time. We will prove to you that it is possible to prepare a technology budget thirty-six months out if you provide us with the proper data.

The CTO or MIS Director will be armed with a plan to correct any immediate network deficiencies, options to improve the performance of existing systems, recommendations on new technologies that make sense to your business, and much more.
