Helpdesk Services

The designDATA Helpdesk is your first line of assistance and a method for end-user support.  Service requests may be placed by phone, via email, or by a web-based online submission and call tracking solution.

designDATA provides extensive, unlimited helpdesk and remote support to end users for desktop operating and connectivity issues, as well as specific application support.  Our helpdesk service technicians have expertise in all Microsoft productivity applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Publisher, Visio, SharePoint Portal Services, InfoPath, BizTalk and more. 

designDATA also utlizes a remote access tool called GoToAssist.  This product allows the helpdesk to remotely access your workstation.  Once we're working on your desktop with you, we're able to diagnose and fix your problems more quickly.
