Managed IT Support customers receive secure data backup services to a third-party data center.  This service is a prerequisite to a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.  Working in conjunction with your existing tape backup solution, the data backup solution keeps a local copy of your files on a designDATA provided NAS (network attached storage), which is then in turn replicated to the data center.  In addition, we can replicate Exchange email boxes, SQL databases, and even virtual server sessions.  This allows us to perform a complete server restoration in a fraction of the typical rebuild time.
